Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Landscape Designer role located in McLean, VA. The Landscape Designer will develop concept plans, detailed landscape, hardscape drawings, and planting schemes for residential properties.

Qualifications:

• Ability to create comprehensive outdoor plans, including Landscape Design and Landscaping solutions
• Experience developing detailed planting plans with appropriate plant selection and placement
• Knowledge of Hardscape design, including layout of patios, walkways, walls, and other built elements
• Understanding of Landscape Architecture principles, such as grading, drainage, and site planning
• Proficiency with design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D, Photoshop or similar software)
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective client communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback
• 5 + years of experience with design-build company
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
• College Degree in landscape design or architecture
• Good driving record and ability to use vehicle to visit job sites should a company vehicle be unavailable

Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Landscape Designer Assistant role located in McLean, VA. The Landscape Designer will assist our owner with various landscape design tasks and site visits.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency AutoCAD required. SketchUp, 3D, Photoshop preferred
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks
• Good driving record and ability to use own vehicle to visit job sites should a company vehicle be unavailable

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Assistant role located in McLean, VA. The Project Manager will assist our VP with overseeing the many aspects of running and completing outdoor construction projects.

Qualifications

• Assist with the management and oversight of residential construction projects
• Construction administration experience
• College education and a minimum of 5 years of construction experience required
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment

Role Description: This is a part-time, on-site Plant Holding Yard Gardener role located in Springfield, VA. The Gardener will maintain and organize our plant holding yard, including pruning, trimming and general plant care.

Qualifications:
