Our redesign strategically embraced the elevation changes, carving out purposeful spaces at every level:

• Dining Terrace with Pergola
  A dedicated dining area framed by a custom pergola creates an intimate setting for meals, celebrations, and outdoor entertaining.
• Grill Station & Entertaining Hub
  A built-in grill station anchors the main living level, turning everyday cooking into an outdoor experience.
• Upper-Level Garden & Dog-Friendly Green Space
  The former rink area was repurposed into a lush upper garden—a peaceful green space for the family dog, complete with a stone patio and integrated storage shed.
