What began as an awkwardly shaped, out-of-grade pool surrounded by concrete walls and uneven levels has been reimagined into a refined, multi-functional retreat. Previously, the space offered little usable area adjacent to the home, and the large bordering garage further constrained the layout. Today, the once-tired backyard is a harmonious extension of the home—crafted for both daily living and elegant entertaining.

An architectural pavilion anchors the design, thoughtfully complementing the home’s modern lines. This covered structure houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen wrapped in Dekton stone, complete with custom cabinetry, bar seating, and a generous dining area ideal for gatherings. The adjacent deck bridges the grade between house and pool, unifying the spaces and introducing a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

A rustic yet modern fireplace adds warmth and character, while lush, layered plantings soften the surrounding concrete and enhance the sense of enclosure and privacy. The existing pool was refreshed with new turf surrounds and Trex decking, offering multiple destinations to lounge and relax.
